Running a printing company in 2018: Navigating the challenges and opportunities
Excess capacity in the print market has created challenges for printers, but for some the glass is still half full.   Opportunities remain for those with strong balance sheets who have managed through the most recent recession and the impact of digital substitution.  In this session we will discuss some of the strategies printers are employing such as diversification of markets, expansion of service offerings, business process outsourcing, and consolidation.
