PSP 2015 Seminar Series: Knowing and Understanding the User

Thursday, September 10, 2015
12 PM - 1:30 PM

Association of American Publishers
71 Fifth Avenue
New York, NY
Or via webinar

As research habits have changed in the online environment, so have our users.  Do we really know who they are now and how they are using our publications?  To make sure their products are still relevant, some publishers have gone beyond standard product usability studies and have undertaken ethnographic studies, flash builds and other methods to better understand the range of users they want to satisfy. Several case studies will be presented.
